The goal is to support our clients' efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient.Skills and Attributes for SuccessDemonstrate technical capabilities and engineering skills that support the insurance technology system implementation process.Remain current on new developments in services capabilities and industry knowledge.Advise clients on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage, and measure the organization’s capabilities.Collaborate with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.To Qualify for the Role, You Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, with 3 years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree in the same fields with 2 years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in system selection and implementation, definition of business and technical requirements, and application configuration / integration.Ability to deliver system implementation through all phases of the project life cycle.What We OfferWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
