This is a high growth, high visibility area with plenty of opportunities to enhance your skillset and build your career.Our UI / UX Lead opportunity requires skills in design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and innovative solutions. You will be leading UI / UX efforts on our product development teams, working in tandem with product managers to help teams ideate on the art of the possible while setting realistic expectations. The role will focus on EY’s U.S. government defense clients to deliver professional services and manage business development activities.Your key responsibilitiesYou’ll spend most of your time working with our product development teams to deliver custom software development solutions that tackle frontline mission priorities.Also included : Lead, manage, and mentor mid-level and junior UI / UX developers to implement UI / UX best practices and experiences for new and existing applications.Work with functional and product leads to understand client and end user needs.Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Possess good business acumen.
