Organizations are increasingly seeking to establish, mature, and optimize risk and compliance activities to manage risk more efficiently and effectively, including providing greater visibility to risks – enabling decision-making.As a member of Risk Technology, you will help our clients assess, design / architect, and implement technology solutions to optimize their risk and compliance programs across risk disciplines (e.g., integrated risk management, enterprise risk management, IT risk management, cyber risk management, third party risk management, internal controls, compliance, internal audit).Your key responsibilitiesSupport the design, build, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM capabilities, including end-to-end project management (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members to automate and mature risk and compliance programs utilizing ServiceNow IRM.Engage in business development activities, including responding to proposals and fostering client relationships.Directly interact with clients and manage day-to-day execution between EY and client teams.Skills and attributes for successStrong project management skills to effectively deliver a project from start to finish.Proactive engagement with EY team members and clients in service delivery or business development.Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Deliver quality client services, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.To qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions.Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant field and 1 year of experience.Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant GRC certifications.Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow IRM functionality.Exposure to Governance Risk and Compliance principles and processes.What we look forWe are looking for passionate, inclusive, and collaborative leaders who seek an opportunity to grow as a Risk Technology consultant supporting our clients.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a flexible vacation policy.EY accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.
