- Act as functional SMEs, ensuring system capabilities meet business needs and users are go-live ready
- Collaborate with internal teams to review and refine existing training content.
- Deliver both on-site classroom and virtual instructor-led training
- Provide hands-on, role-specific instruction tailored to business processes
- Assist in creating training materials (e.g., job aids, quick reference guides, recordings)
- Configure minor enhancements, where applicable
- Provide training support during hypercare post-go-live
Key Requirements
- Expert knowledge of requisite SAP modules and a good understanding of the overall working of SAP
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend SAP best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience training a diverse audience, including business stakeholders and functional teams
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and experience levels
- Proven success in SAP S/4HANA training and user enablement
