Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project implementation, project management methodologies, and cloud computing technologies.
Responsibilities as .Net Developer
- Strong knowledge and proven working experience as an ASP .NET/ASP.NET Core developer
- Hands-on experience in developing ASP.NET Core/ ASP .NET MVC applications
- Well-versed with Microsoft’s .NET framework and tech stack
- Proficient in C# and VB.NET programming languages and extensive working knowledge of .NET languages
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and methods
- Familiar with entire software development lifecycle and development approaches
- Hands-on experience in database design, architecture, and integration
- Experience working with WebAPI, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, and VB.NET
- Working knowledge of Microsoft development best practices, design patterns, and tools
- Familiar with web application lifecycle and frontend, backend frameworks
Experience
Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager
- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
- Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
- Proven experience in technical project management
- Familiarity with VersionOne or similar project management tools
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies
- Ability to vaticinate potential project risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in working with databases and test cases
- Knowledge of release management processes
