Pay Range: $45,000 - $70,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role. Responsibilities Job Specific Details and Tasks: Travel help desk support Knowledge of and experience in applying HHS travel policies Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and HHS Financial Management Regulations (FMR). Researching and interpreting the FTR Travel System Operations/Help Desk/Training Reviewing manually and system generated travel vouchers, preparing manual/traditional and other travel authorizations, administering the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program in accordance with HHS Financial Management Regulations (FMR), volume 9, chapter 3 Processing passport/visa applications Researching the Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG) Commercial Ticketing Office (CTO) operations and use of GSA City Pair airfare rates Processing permanent change of station (PCS) travel authorizations and vouchers. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education: Minimum Associate's degree in related field required Experience: Specific knowledge and expertise in preparing and reviewing manually and electronically generated travel authorizations and vouchers, processing passport/visa applications Commercial Ticketing Office (CTO) operations and use of GSA City Pair airfare rates is required. Experience in an R&D environment is highly preferred.
