ERP SAVVY is looking for an experienced SAP OTC Solution Architect to join our team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Aerospace & Defense / Discrete Manufacturing industry and extensive experience with SAP SD and SAP PS.

Skills and Experience :
Industry Experience :
Overall 12 years experience with minimum of 7 years in A&D Aerospace & Defense / Discrete Manufacturing industry experience.
SAP S / 4HANA Implementation :
Experience in SAP S / 4HANA implementations.
Experience as a Workstream / Team Lead for SAP S / 4HANA global design with US localization.
SAP Modules Expertise :
Proficiency in SAP modules : Sales & Distribution (SD) Project Systems (PS) Contract Lifecycle Management.
Experience in complex OEM Aviation Aerospace & Defense manufacturing preferred; experience in Automotive or Industrial Products (e.g. Caterpillar John Deere) also applicable.
Specific SAP modules required : Lead Management Master Data Operational Contract Management Resource Related Billing (RRB) Proposals Contract Management (Government & Commercial) Contract Line Items (CLINs) and Pricing Conditions.
Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
Order to Cash (O2C) Value Stream :
Ability to define and correlate Customer transformation North Stars in the O2C value stream.
Experience leading Customers System Integrators and SAP team members towards a Standard Aerospace Ecosystem in the O2C area.
Workshops and Documentation :
Experience guiding the preparation and release of support workshops documentation.
Ability to engage and explain SAP S / 4HANA Best Practices and Customer Industry processes to business functional experts.
SAP FIORI and ThirdParty BoltOns :
Expertise in managing SAP FIORI standard applications.
Experience with thirdparty Aerospace SAP S / 4HANA boltons (Dassian iCertis).
O2C Supply Chain Management :
Manage the customerfacing side of the Supply Chain including endtoend processes from proposals to accounts receivables.
SAP Roadmap and Vision :
Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for O2C workstream.
Ability to define a target endstate and transitional plan within the customer project portfolio.
Maintain a forwardlooking vision for maximizing customer value from SAP investments.
Identify and mitigate relevant blind spots and address impacts of SAPs simplification list.
Responsibilities : Value Propositions :
Collaborate in developing and articulating strong value propositions for transformational initiatives / innovations from process SME and S / 4HANA perspectives.
Business Process Knowledge :
Apply strong knowledge of business processes for designing developing and testing S / 4HANA functions associated with business operations.
Workshops Facilitation :
Facilitate Explore workshops or postexplore getbacktostandard workshops (cleancore) with business managers client staff and endusers to determine business and functional requirements.
System Design and Configuration :
Review and / or perform design and configuration of SAP S / 4HANA systems to meet client business requirements.
Documentation and Testing :
Create business process procedures (BPPs) swim lane process flows functional specifications configuration guides and testing scripts.
Business Process Assessment :
Assess customers business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging S / 4HANA including missed innovations and standard functionality.
Data Transformation :
Assist Data Stewards with Master Data transformation and load from legacy systems to S / 4HANA.
