ERP SAVVY is eeking a highly skilled SAP TRM FICO Consultant to join our team for a long-term project based in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO) modules. This role involves working closely with system integrators and business stakeholders to design, implement, and support SAP solutions that meet business requirements. The position offers the flexibility of working remotely up to 70% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements to design and implement SAP TRM solutions.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including fit-gap analysis, configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.
- Configure and customize SAP TRM modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TRM with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Implement Treasury functionality (TRM - Debt, Money Market), offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
- Conduct and support testing on the SAP platform, including functional, security, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Lead and support release management activities, including cutover, data profiling, extraction, cleansing, and launch.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP certification is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience configuring SAP TRM or other SAP modules.
- 10 years of experience in FICO functional and configuration preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile development principles and project tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with application delivery and use of test-driven, iterative, and Agile development principles.
- Proven ability to produce deliverables on time.
- Experience creating effective systems documentation, including functional and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of accounting business processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
Additional Information:
- Must be willing to go onsite as and when needed.
- Travel may be required.
