Job Description: The SAP Technical Architect - Senior is a subject matter expert in one or several SAP technologies and can have technical management responsibilities. The SAP Technical Architects research and design technology solutions that may span the full spectrum of hardware and software, as it relates to SAP products. They may create prototypes and lead initial development or enhancement efforts and provide recommendations regarding technology. This individual concentrates on SAP solutions to significantly impact the operational effectiveness of the organization or cutting-edge technologies that will drive new business. Provide assistance with escalated support issues, mentor others within technology-related areas, and provide subject matter expertise on project teams. The SAP Technical Architect Senior can assume leadership responsibilities of specific efforts or technical tasks and guide peers and more junior team members.
Deliverables:
- Translation of business and product requirements into technical designs, models, and software architecture.
- Development management.
- Document technical requirements and constraints as a basis for architectural decisions.
- RICEF Technical Design and Data Modeling.
- Support and advise implementation projects by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance.
- Review design documents to ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices.
- Proposal and implementation plans of improvements and innovations, development processes, and methodologies.
- Application design with detailed process flows.
- Level III support for incidents, including Root Cause Analysis.
