Location: · Our home office is based in Cincinnati, OH. However, we are open to hiring someone who is fully remote regardless of location.
Although the position is fully remote, occasional travel may be required based on job needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Infrastructure Operations team, ensuring high performance, productivity, and morale.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and services.
- Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to meet performance expectations.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure business resilience.
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project and service delivery teams to prioritize workloads and allocate resources effectively.
- Experience: 5 years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, cloud computing, and automation tools.
- Problem-Solving and Leadership: Ability to lead teams in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless operations.
- Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, or other relevant industry certifications.
