Sales Executive – ERP Suites

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive new business opportunities. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to our continued growth at both local and national levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and upselling to existing clients.
  • Actively prospect through cold calling, networking, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and position ERP Suites’ solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive long-term relationships.
  • Utilize industry tools and CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quota expectations while contributing to team-wide goals.

What You Bring

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT or ERP solutions.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle sales success, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to articulate complex solutions in a way that resonates with clients.
