Required Skills:

- Enterprise Level Project Management with 3 years' experience

- Certification, schooling, or training in project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of agency IT standards and policies.

- Knowledge of organizational principles and structure of the techniques used in dealing with specialized management problems.

Nice to Have Skills:

- PMP Certification

Position Summary: Under the broad guidance of the Desktop Support Manager this position will provide leadership and direction to security and technically related projects. The position will plan and manage the delivery of technical solutions for the Department of Corrections (DOC). This includes project planning, estimating, execution, and implementation. The individual will work closely with the functional business groups within DOC, BTM staff, and DOA/DET to ensure effectiveness of the solutions deployed. This position will review detailed specifications to ensure the development/deployment of new systems and technologies is consistent with State and agency architectural standards.

This position shall comply with the Department s administrative rules and the agency s policies and procedures including those related to the Department's overall Reentry philosophy of using evidence-based strategies, practices and programs which target an offender s individual criminogenic needs and risk level.
