Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize email outreach campaigns designed to engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Lead List Building: Research, compile, and maintain accurate lead lists based on target criteria to ensure high-quality outreach.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, ensuring team members are consistently achieving KPIs and activity goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze SDR team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless communication throughout the outreach process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize outreach processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in a sales operations, email marketing, or similar role, with a proven track record in lead generation, email campaign management, and list building.
- Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign and team performance data.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to meet goals, with a focus on performance management and professional development.
- Email Marketing Expertise: In-depth experience with email marketing platforms (eg, Mailchimp, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.) and best practices for campaign design and optimization.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate lead lists and campaign data.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, concise outreach messaging and team collaboration.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with CRM software (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Understanding of sales KPIs and metrics
