Erply is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, serving as the initial point of contact between potential new customers and the Erply brand.
The Junior Sales Representative focuses on our Outbound efforts by proactively and consistently Following up on inbound leads and distribute information where requested while determining solutions to potential client pain points and while ensuring customer satisfaction
You will be responsible for:
- Identify potential customers and introduce our products to decision-makers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Engage and qualify new leads across various channels: phone, email, text, and social media
- Contribute to the launch of a new outbound sales team focused on expanding our local market presence
- Collaborate with inbound sales teams, ensuring smooth handoff to Account Executives for software demonstrations
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to devise strategies for enhancing the sales pipeline based on prospect feedback
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals consistently
- Gather key prospect data during initial conversations and from online sources, maintaining accurate records in the CRM
Specific Characteristics we’re looking for
- Experience in sales or a call center environment, with the energy and drive to (over)deliver on targets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
