Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision, storytelling, and brand consistency of a next-generation virtual world. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding product design, UX, and art direction while shaping long-term creative strategy and community engagement. If you have a deep understanding of free-to-play games, AI-driven tools, and immersive experiences, this is an opportunity to define the future of interactive entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the creative vision for our virtual world, ensuring compelling storytelling and immersive user experiences.

  Oversee product design, UX, and art direction, ensuring a cohesive and innovative aesthetic.

• 
  Lead the conceptualization and execution of features, content, and interactive experiences.

• 
  Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align creative direction with business objectives.

• 
  Develop and refine the visual identity, branding, and storytelling for our platform.

• 
  Guide UI/UX design and player engagement strategies, with a focus on AI-driven UX, 3D UI, and intuitive navigation.

• 
  Optimize game tools, UI systems, and workflows to enhance player experience and monetization strategies.

• 
  Work closely with community teams to drive engagement, user-generated content, and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, and Creative Direction within gaming or interactive media.

• 
  Expertise in visual storytelling, branding, and immersive content creation.

• 
  Strong background in free-to-play games (mobile, web, or social—not console).

• 
  Passionate about user-generated content (UGC) and open-world sandbox experiences, with a strong understanding of player creativity and emergent gameplay.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-driven design tools.

• 
  Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning creative vision with product and engineering.

• 
  Strong understanding of monetization strategies, community-driven design, and engagement loops.

• 
  Hands-on experience with 3D UI design, AI-driven UX, and optimizing player experiences.

• 
  Ability to balance creative ambition with business and technical constraints.

• 
  Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with game engines and real-time content pipelines.

  Familiarity with AI-driven procedural content and automation tools.

  Strong knowledge of interactive storytelling techniques and narrative design.

Other Information:

Successful candidates for this position can expect a competitive salary within the range of $180,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
