Roles and Responsibilities
- You must have experience in conceptualizing concepts and creative for social media post design, infographics, emailers, ad design, etc.
- Producing work for a varied portfolio of clients, owning design projects from brief through to final execution.
- Managing creative projects, ensuring brand standards & guidelines are met.
- As a Graphic Designer, you must come up with fresh visual concepts, via illustration or using digital software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Figma, or similar design software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers’ attention.
- Generating fresh concepts and providing recommendations on how best to approach design projects.
- Develop the overall concept, layout, and production design for advertisements, social media postings, and creatives as per brand guidelines, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
- Familiarity with up-to-date design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Figma, etc).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Good communication skills.
- Create and present mood boards and concepts.
- Ability to work methodically, under tight deadlines, and meet objective briefs.
- Candidates with video editing skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- You must have a brilliant understanding of color charts, design styles, brand characteristics, design principles, rules & guidelines of design, illustration, and basic animation techniques.
- Candidates with an understanding of UI / UX would be preferred.
- You must have creative thinking to interpret business / client needs and develop concepts based on current industry standards & market trends.
- Lead the way for design standards; implement new ideas, bring specialist skills, and develop the quality of all creative output.
