Due to rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking a Community Engagement Manager to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position.

The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for planning and implementing strategies to build and grow the Erudites Networking Group community and foster sustained member engagement. Assist in facilitating high-quality referral partnerships in the community where clients are efficiently connected to resources and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboard and welcome new members for all groups : Business Networking, Young Erudites Early-Stage Career, Execs in Transition. Identify key network partners for outreach in designated geographies to engage as referral partners.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and help facilitate Zoom meeting discussions.
- Assist in best practices for referral facilitation, process workflows, and tracking of introductions and closed business in the member portal. Monitor referral partner performance and recommend action for improvement.
- Develop a pipeline of potential referral partners.
- Assist with events and meeting facilitation.
- Build, foster and maintain member relationships to better understand network performance and referral outcomes.
Qualifications :
We are seeking self-starters, innovators, who are results-driven with the ability to manage time well, and work with flexible hours. Great if you have previous network and meeting facilitation experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
