Our Compliance Specialist shall maintain current knowledge of company safety guidelines and field supervisor responsibilities. Shall visit construction job sites to conduct as well as ensure job site observations, gate checks, and contractor compliance audits are completed timely. Shall inventory and distribute PPE and equipment to field personnel as well as document issuance of supplies for tracking purposes. Shall utilize daily/weekly reports to identify and communicate area compliance activities. Ideal candidate is detail oriented and leads by example. Telecommunications construction knowledge, familiarity with aerial lift devices, and utilities is a plus. Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and utilize mobile electronic devices to collect, enter, and submit detailed information.

Responsibilities

  • Complete as well as ensure completion of tasks for assigned department/project
  • Schedule and determine priority of tasks for assigned department/project
  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project
  • Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project

Please Note: This job will typically be between 40-45 hours per week. A report is conducted & sent out Friday's around 3:30pm, and this role is responsible for completing their portion by 8am Monday morning.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
