Data Reporting Specialist

A successful Data Reporting Specialist will assist in the maintenance of company reports/processes between different systems and databases. You shall assist in troubleshooting data issues and maintenance issues with different company software. Act as a reporting liaison with regional field offices. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of office software and basic knowledge of database software; ability to use a computer, mobile devices, and other office related equipment; ability to read, input, understand, and interpret data reports with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Completion of high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project
• Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to sit for long periods of time, while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements to complete computer related tasks and/or other office functions. Work is performed indoors and in a typical office environment.
