Job Responsibilities
This role involves assisting the assigned crew by furnishing tools, materials, and supplies, as well as cleaning work areas, machines, and tools. You will hold materials or tools for other workers and perform traffic control duties as directed by the crew leader.
You must be able to work safely, with or without supervision, and demonstrate excellent manual dexterity. The ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing is essential.
This role requires familiarity with hand tools, ladders, and vehicles and the functionality of each. You will be responsible for completing low-level labor-intensive tasks in support of an assigned department/project, documenting work performed through daily production reports, and using hand tools, ladders, and equipment to assist in project completion.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
