Responsibilities range from basic to advanced mechanics based on experience and training include diagnosing and repairing boat equipment, engines, outdrives. Job Specifications:
- Boating experience, a plus
- Safely operate Erwin Marine and customer vessels during diagnostic water testing operations
- Read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records
- Required to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Speak and listen effectively in dealing with customers/associates, both in person and over the phone
Working Conditions:
- A combination of both shop and outdoor environment; may include working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions
- Requires walking or standing for extended periods of time
