About the Role:

As an AE Integration Engineer in the Manufacturing industry, your major end result will be to ensure the seamless integration of various systems and components in the manufacturing process. You will play a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing operations by integrating automated equipment, software, and control systems. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation of new technologies and processes, resulting in improved productivity, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements, design solutions, and oversee the implementation and testing of integrated systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in integrating complex systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies, software integration, and control systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and develop integration strategies.
• Design and implement integration solutions for automated equipment, software, and control systems.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of integrated systems to ensure functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Document integration processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Skills:

In this role, you will utilize your strong knowledge of automation technologies, software integration, and control systems to design and implement integration solutions. Your programming skills will be essential in configuring and testing integrated systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. Your problem-solving and analytical skills will enable you to identify and address integration challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
