About the Role:
As a Facilities Engineer in our Manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be in charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems and processes that keep our facilities running efficiently. Your work will directly impact the productivity and safety of our employees, as well as the quality of our products. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with other engineers and managers to achieve our goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of building systems and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement systems and processes to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities
- Maintain and repair equipment and systems as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other engineers and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades and improvements

As a Facilities Engineer, you will use your expertise in building systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
