Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating, monitor and maintain (corrective, preventive & predictive) plant utilities and facilities equipment like CDA, Chiller, HVAC, Cleanroom, RODI, FLSS, Mechanical system, Building Management System, Environment Monitor System, Electrical Low Voltage System and Process Gases in compliance with the site safety and Good Manufacturing Practices procedures.
- Responsible to support the equipment qualification such as walk down, punch list commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ during startup-Execution of work order from system and record job performed including sensor calibrations
- Help in coordinate vendors, OEM and others to perform routine PM/works-Take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects
- Able to work independently in shifts, provide coaching to the peers and report all the job status to Facilities Shift Supervisor
- To take care HVAC system to monitor RH% and Temperature in production within the control limit.
- Other’s responsibilities as assign by Facilities Shift Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Must have 1 years electrical experience – opening panels, replacing breakers, etc.
- Must have 1 years’ experience with breaking down machines, replacing all worn components to include testing all electrical components.
- With hands-on skill set in mechanical (ACMV) and electrical systems, with proficiency in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Prior work in critical environments like Data Centers, Cleanrooms, or Semiconductor plants is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of facility M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems.
- Able to prepare to standby for any emergency during or outside of working hours if required.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess the ability to handle difficult situations and work well in a fast-paced environment
