We are seeking a highly motivated Process Integration Manager to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will drive cell efficiency improvement and defect reduction by implementing innovative solutions.
The role requires close collaboration with other department functions to define processes, equipment configurations, and control procedures that meet product functionality, quality, and reliability requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Six-Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen, or similar methodologies, and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead a team of Engineers in continuous improvement projects.
- Drive Solar Cell Efficiency stability in mass volume production.
- Responsible for Electrical and Mechanical yield improvement.
- Establish systematic problem-solving approaches using Six Sigma tools.
