What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at ES Solar?
Responsibilities:
- Taking customer inbound calls
- Responding to general daily inquiries that come into Customer Service general email and communication platforms
- Communicating with solar and solar equipment manufacturer’s customer service
- Using critical thinking to problem solve
- Troubleshooting over the phone with the customer
- Learn and develop knowledge base of monitoring systems used to assist customers
- Ensure clear and extensive notes are recorded in the correct databases
- Creating tickets within our internal CRM tool and assigning them to designated Customer Service Specialists
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- Solar Experience (preferred)
- Critical Thinking
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analyzing information
Work Hours: Full time position - 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday (8AM - 4PM)
