Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Return Merchandise Authorization Personnel. This position will be responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping orders while efficiently maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience tracking inventory and managing equipment. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
- Process, package, and ship order accurately
- Utilize computer programs to effectively navigate inventory, track equipment, send emails, etc.
- Effective communication within the company and manufacturers
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
- Organize warehouse space
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
Requirements and Skills
- Proven warehouse inventory tracking experience (1 year minimum)
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
