Commercial Plumber

Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of heating,sprinkler, plumbing systems and related equipment
- Safe use of power tools
- Safe performance of duties
- Installation of piping systems (Cast iron, PVS, PEX, steel, and corrugated stainless steel tubing)
- Installation of sanitary waste and vent systems (Sch 40 PVC, cast iron, copper)
- Installation of water heaters and hot water heating systems
- Installation of plumbing fixtures
- Repair and maintenance of pump systems.
- Ability to read and understand project drawings and specifications.
- Application of local codes to installations and repairs.
Requirements:
- Good moral judgement
- Team player
- Mechanical skills
- Self-driven
- Experience preferred, but not required.
