Job Overview: The Head of Human Resources is a senior executive responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of HR best practices to support the company's growth and culture. The Head of HR will work closely with the C-suite, senior management, and other department heads to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's HR strategy aligned with the business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and other senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
Talent Management & Development:
- Oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy to ensure the organization attracts top talent.
- Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, training, and career growth initiatives.
- Ensure the company has a strong pipeline of future leaders and promotes internal mobility.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Foster a positive work environment and corporate culture that aligns with company values and promotes employee engagement.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being, including benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and recognition systems.
- Oversee employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve workplace culture and employee relations.
Performance Management & Compensation:
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that ensure clear expectations, regular feedback, and alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with industry standards.
- Implement strategies to retain high-performing employees through effective compensation structures and career development.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and legal compliance.
- Manage HR data analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and support for continuous growth.
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure HR initiatives align with company-wide priorities.
- Support the HR team in managing day-to-day operations, including conflict resolution, employee relations, and policy enforcement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position
