Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance to align HR practices with business goals. This role involves working closely with leadership and employees to drive organizational development, foster a positive work culture, and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Guidance:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR issues, organizational changes, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze business performance and recommend HR initiatives to drive growth and improve effectiveness.

Talent Management:

  • Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Drive the performance management process, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development discussions.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees and designing career development programs.

Employee Relations:

  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, providing support on HR-related issues, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • Support managers in addressing employee performance issues and resolving workplace conflicts.

Change Management:

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping business leaders and employees navigate transitions.
  • Provide guidance on restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other organizational changes.
  • Communicate changes effectively and ensure that employee concerns are addressed during transitions.

Workforce Planning and Analytics:

  • Support business leaders in workforce planning, ensuring that the right people are in the right roles to meet organizational needs.
  • Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Work with HR analytics to support decision-making around hiring, turnover, and performance.

Learning & Development:

  • Partner with L&D teams to assess training needs and design programs that develop employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Coach and mentor managers and employees on career development and leadership development.
  • Ensure employees have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow within their roles.

Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise business leaders on best practices related to HR compliance and ethics.
  • Monitor HR practices to minimize risk and mitigate legal issues.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Support the development and execution of employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Promote and model the company’s core values and mission in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certifications.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role within HR.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Office-based or hybrid (depending on company policy).
  • Occasional travel may be required for employee engagement activities, meetings, or training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
