Who You Are

ESB’s new Construction Site Supervisor is a professional who can run a jobsite while working closely with managers to determine deadlines and schedules for specific tasks, and is responsible for safety protocol enforcement among workers. In addition to other responsibilities that may arise, in general, we are looking for someone who can:

• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople, serving as the point of reference for both workers and supervisors
• Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans
• Coordinate schedule with managers and monitor attendance of the crew
• In advance, plan daily and weekly responsibilities (plan ahead)
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate and communicate with office about needs
• Coordinate material deliveries and staging on site
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Monitor expenses and ensure they remain within budget
• Identify and resolve problems as they arise
• Report on progress to managers and relevant coworkers
• Coordinate with and manage subcontractors
• Professionally and courteously interact with and delight customers

This is a full-time position that requires some travel throughout Arizona. Travel depends on project location and company labor needs.
