Who We Are

Est. 1984 ESB Design Build makes getting new custom commercial buildings easier, faster, and less costly. We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured woman-owned small business, and we're different from other builders because we directly employ our core construction tradespeople, so we have better control over quality and timeline compared to builders who subcontract everything. Our core business is design-build services for custom commercial buildings, and we employ substantial prefabrication in our construction. We are a Mohave Arizona Purchasing Cooperative vendor, so Arizona schools and Mohave member organizations have a uniquely easy procurement option when they build with ESB. Our most popular offering is our slab-on-grade, steel frame modular building, but what sets us apart beyond the innovative, quality product we offer is the fact that we maintain long-term relationships with our customers that lead to high satisfaction, build trust, and result in repeat business and quality referrals.

Over the past 40 years, we’ve provided top quality space for education, childcare, animal care, medicine and healthcare, religion, government, and private business. To us, “modular” is not a type of building, it is an approach to building better. We take pride in our unique construction technology—it is faster, safer, more sustainable, more efficient, has improved quality control and is significantly more cost effective. The result of ESB's work is a less expensive, stronger, higher quality structure completed in a fraction of the time.
