Business System Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Preferably in Newark, DE or Fort Washington, PA (Open to other hybrid office locations)
Duration: 9–12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement to align with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver actionable business intelligence and analytics to support decision-making.
- Lead continuous reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Establish and maintain data governance, data management, and data quality program standards.
- Design and model business processes for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and implement effective AI-integrated solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IVR redesign, especially for voice channel self-service solutions incorporating AI.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling techniques.
- Scrum Master Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or Systems Design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of insurance financial engines and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
