Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)

Duration: 6-month contract

Job Overview:

seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead and execute complex change initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks to support business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for affected stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership, department heads, and end-users to drive engagement and alignment.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure transparency throughout the change process.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives.
• Evaluate risks, monitor adoption progress, and ensure long-term sustainability of change.
• Support Agile and digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migrations and system implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Consultant in a consulting capacity.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and best practices.
• Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives involving technology adoption.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in defining and tracking KPIs related to change adoption and impact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience with digital transformations is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite at Fort Lauderdale, FL office.
