Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Proxima Project initiatives.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Serve as Scrum Master when necessary, facilitating key Agile ceremonies.
- Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define goals and success metrics.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues to maintain project velocity.
- Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain key documentation such as roadmaps, sprint plans, and status updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership on progress and challenges.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between development, QA, and business units.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of program management experience, particularly in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-team projects.
- Scrum certifications such as CSM or CSP preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Miami, FL.
