Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team onsite at our Miami and West Palm Beach locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud, AWS, and related tools, with a focus on Contact Center, Chat Bots, Voice Cloud, and Amazon Connect. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure Salesforce solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce Service Cloud and associated tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including Service Cloud, Contact Center, and Chat Bot features.
- Integrate Salesforce with AWS services such as Amazon Connect and Amazon Bedrock.
- Support the implementation of Salesforce Field Service and Voice Cloud functionalities.
- Conduct regular testing and provide support to resolve any technical issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for business processes and technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end users.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Amazon Connect and Bedrock.
- Familiarity with Contact Center technologies, Chat Bots, and Voice Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Miami or West Palm Beach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
