Job Description: Scrum Master (Technical) – Cyber Team
Duration: 6 months
Location: Plantation Office / Palm Beach Office / Juno Office (5 DAYS A WEEK, LOCALS ONLY)
Work Mode: Onsite (5 days a week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly technical Scrum Master to join our Cyber Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, ideally with development experience or familiarity with backend tools, and the ability to work closely with highly technical resources. A Project Manager turned Scrum Master is also acceptable. The role involves building automation by integrating various backend tools into a unified system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
- Work closely with highly technical teams to automate backend tools and streamline processes.
- Guide the team in Agile best practices and ensure successful delivery of technical projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product backlog, manage priorities, and ensure smooth execution.
- Support technical discussions and problem-solving within the Cyber team.
- Remove roadblocks and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide reporting and metrics on team performance and sprint progress.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
- Development experience or familiarity with backend tools is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with Cybersecurity teams or automation projects is a plus.
- Ability to work closely with developers, engineers, and other technical resources.
- Prior experience in Project Management transitioning to Scrum Master is acceptable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
