Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our client's agile transformation journey. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding and maturing the Scrum teams, focusing on driving agile practices, optimizing team collaboration, and delivering value-driven results.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Guide teams through the agile transformation journey, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Adobe/Content/Personalization teams, to streamline processes and ensure effective delivery.
- Leverage Jira to manage and track team progress, metrics, and workflow optimization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members to enhance their agile maturity.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and ensuring teams remain focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Senior-level experience as a Scrum Master with proven expertise in agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira for tracking and managing agile processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Adobe/Content/Personalization teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail industry experience is a significant plus.
Work Location
- Local candidates to Bolingbrook, Illinois, are highly preferred. Candidates outside Illinois may be considered if they meet all qualifications.
