Job Summary:
The Senior Technology Project Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the CRM migration and Salesforce implementation. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a track record of delivering large-scale CRM projects in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of enterprise CRM systems from Siebel to Salesforce.
- Oversee project planning, execution, timelines, and budget management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Act as a primary liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal leadership.
- Mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.
- Provide regular status reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Implement and adhere to Agile, Scrum, or other suitable project management methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technology Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing CRM transformations, specifically Siebel to Salesforce migrations.
- Demonstrated success in Salesforce implementation projects at an enterprise level.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
