Job Summary
The Technical Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite, and is focused on managing projects related to the financial domain. Candidates must come from a finance background and should not claim expertise in multiple skill sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large or multiple mid-size projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and success criteria.
- Actively create and manage project delivery plans, including schedules, milestones, and delivery expectations.
- Lead and coordinate team meetings, stand-ups, and other governance activities.
- Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues.
- Assist with estimation activities and maintain accountability for project timelines.
- Run Jira calls to help the team stay on track.
- Support the engineering team and occasionally collaborate with the operations team.
- Develop project plans from scratch and track program status using tools like Power BI.
- Coordinate quarterly goal tracking and meetings with operations teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Required:
- 1 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
- Familiarity with Jira and basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to effectively manage tasks, provide updates, and ensure accountability.
- Experience with Customer IAM/CIAM modernization.
- Preferred:
- Eagerness to learn Power BI and leverage it for program tracking.
- Familiarity with licensing processes and access management technology.
- Financial domain knowledge is essential (hands-on experience is not required).
- Soft Skills:
- Eager and go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and take on more.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
