Job Title: Workday Reporting Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Dashboard and Reporting Team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, building, and maintaining various Workday HR reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools. You will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support business objectives and decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Report Development: Develop and build Workday HR reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism analytics.
- Design and create custom reports to meet specific business requirements.
- Maintain existing reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide recommendations and solutions based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
- Reporting Solutions: Assist in the development of comprehensive reporting solutions that support business objectives.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new reporting tools and processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge Sharing: Enhance the team's knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics.
- Share best practices and insights with key partners and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Workday Reporting Analyst.
- Proven expertise in developing Workday HR reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certifications.
- Experience with other HR systems.
- Project management experience.
