Job Summary: The Technician is responsible for support of the OmniTrack workshop system, Omnitrack time accounting, OmniTrack PD workshop system for districts, and compliance courses. Additionally, the technician is a key support for IMS.
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
High School Diploma / GED
Prefer college hours or Associates Degree
Experience:
At least 3 years of related experience. Working knowledge and experience of OmniTrack workshop system, and time accounting software. Microsoft Office/Google docs

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

OmniTrack
- Support IMS workshops
- Create IMS/IT/WS workshops
- OmniTrack help desk support (internal/external)
- Approve Out of District Certification uploads
- Support compliance courses
- Merge duplicate accounts as needed
- Add/Remove presenter objectives, including revenue & expense accounts
- Set up Approval Paths
- Keep General Info categories updated

OmniTrack PD Workshop System for Districts
- Have a point of contact at each district for annual checkup

Help new LEA employees as they transition to district OmniTrack
- Need to know how they log onto their OmniTrack
- What database system do they have (Skyward/ASCENDER)
- Help those districts who have eTrain pull reports from their OmniTrack system
- Verify new staff each year to ensure that they can log in
- Help LEAs set up their back-to-school conference workshop.
- Assist with Showcase Day

- Train new administrative assistants in how to create a workshop in OmniTrack (if applicable)

- Help set up/breakdown for technology meetings
- Help update procedures on the Intranet
- Complete, maintain and organize files complying with all contractual or records retention policies.
