The district serves students through a preschool program, on a new campus with a Lower School (PreK-6) and an Upper School (7-12). Wickliffe has an innovative vision for academics and health with a 10-year curriculum plan and newly created Family Resource Center with a focus on student and family health.

.Qualifications and Successful Candidate Profile:
- Prior Superintendent experience is preferred but not required
- An excellent communicator
- Holds a valid Ohio Superintendent License
- A collaborative leader
- Willingness to actively engage the community and various organizations
- Values teamwork
- Relationship builder who can build trust
- Understanding of Ohio school law and finance
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interactions with the Board of Education, staff, students, parents, and the community
- Ability to foster and maintain positive culture of respect and trust.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
