Remote | $40-46 / hour | ~20 hours / week
Escalate (www.escalateusa.com) is an early-stage, impact-driven ed-tech startup launching innovative learning programs. We recently secured our first major retail client and are seeking an experienced instructional designer to collaborate with us on a 3-month contract basis , with the potential for renewal.
About the Role
You will play a key role in transforming off-the-shelf curricula into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences tailored to frontline retail workers. We offer four 12-month asynchronous learning pathways :

Your output : Convert existing content into high-impact, learner-centered experiences within our LearnUpon LMS .
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 3 years in instructional design, with expertise in e-learning development
Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with LearnUpon LMS (or similar), Articulate 360, or other e-learning tools
Engagement Focus : Ability to design interactive, dynamic content for adult learners
Content Knowledge : Knowledge in one or more pathways is preferred, but not required
Retail / Workforce Training Experience : A plus
Contract Details
- Rate : $40-46 / hour
- Commitment : ~20 hours per week
- Duration : 3 months (with potential for renewal)
