They are seeking a Creative Design / Developer to lead the development and design of our corporate and product websites, bringing them to life with advanced animations and optimized structures. The Creative Design / Developer role sits between design and development, focusing on visual and interactive experiences rather than just website maintenance

Job Summary :

The role will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of corporate and product websites. This role combines technical expertise in web management with creative animation skills to deliver engaging, high-performance websites. Basic SEO knowledge will be essential to collaborate with the marketing team on improving site visibility and search engine positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Creative Front-End Development - Advanced UI / UX implementation using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including GSAP, Three.js, and WebGL for animations and interactions).
  • Motion Design & Web Animations - Smooth transitions, scroll effects, micro-interactions, and animations that elevate user experience.
  • Design-to-Code Execution - Translating complex designs from Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD into high-quality, responsive code.
  • Performance & Optimization - Ensuring high website performance across all devices.
  • Innovation & Experimentation - Exploring AR / VR, advanced WebGL interactions, and cutting-edge digital experiences .
  • Collaboration - Acting as the bridge between design and backend teams to ensure creative ideas are technically feasible.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Design, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with animation tools like GSAP, Lottie, or Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website optimization best practices.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail, with a portfolio showcasing animation work.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Languages & Frameworks : HTML, CSS (SASS / LESS), JavaScript ( React, Vue, GSAP, Three.js, WebGL ).
  • Design Tools : Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch.
  • UX / UI Principles : Strong balance of aesthetics and usability.
  • Performance Optimization : Lazy loading, code splitting, and smooth animations.
