Join our client as a Full-Stack Engineer and play a critical role in shaping cutting-edge AI applications. You'll work across the stack to build scalable, intelligent systems, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of core features, from frontend UI to backend services and databases.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that integrate seamlessly across the stack.
- Work with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Svelte) to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Develop and optimize RESTful, WebSocket, and GraphQL APIs to support real-time and batch data processing.
- Architect and implement efficient database schemas and data storage solutions.
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and security through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
- Optimize performance at both frontend and backend levels, ensuring smooth user experiences.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality features quickly.
- Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to keep our tech stack cutting-edge.
- Familiarity with AI/ML is a plus but not required. If interested, you'll have opportunities to work on AI-driven features.
- You are a world-class engineer with a proven track record of building and scaling complex software systems.
- You have 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals—data structures, algorithms, system design, and performance optimization.
- You write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
- You have deep knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Vue, or similar), backend architectures (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- You can architect and optimize database schemas for high-performance applications, working with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- You are proficient in cloud-native and distributed computing frameworks such as Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Kafka, Spark, and Redis, ensuring scalable and resilient architectures.
- You have experience leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, and making high-impact architectural decisions.
- You can break down complex problems systematically and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You take ownership, thrive in fast-paced environments, and execute with speed and precision.
- You are collaborative, value feedback, and have a bias for action and a drive for excellence.
- You have experience with the latest AI applications and tools, e.g., code assistants.
