Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a confidential secretary and administrative aide to District Office Administrators.
- Supports assigned administrative personnel with administrative functions.
- Manages boardroom calendar and assists in managing assigned administrator's calendars.
- Sorts incoming mail, dates stamps, organizes, and distributes to the district.
- Assists with new student enrollment, interdistrict transfers, intradistrict transfers, school of choice requests, and expulsions.
- Reviews student records (e.g., grades, attendance, and discipline) before acceptance.
- Takes meeting minutes for staff meetings and negotiations.
- Prepares reports needed for staff meetings and negotiations.
