Escape Room Manager – Lead the Fun!

What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and manage all staff to ensure smooth operations
- Train new hires and provide ongoing team support
- Answer customer emails and inquiries
- Coordinate with corporate groups to organize private bookings
- Purchase business essentials (cleaning supplies, office items, etc.)
- Troubleshoot game and operational issues as they arise
- Perform Game Master duties, including:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly smile
- Leading groups to their game room, providing clear instructions and tips
- Answering questions and offering hints to keep games engaging
- Celebrating successes with guests after their game
- Resetting and preparing game rooms for the next adventure
- Assisting with guest waivers and reservations
Qualifications (preferred):
- Proven leadership and management skills in a customer-focused environment
- Strong time management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service and guest service skills
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions
- Knowledge of events management and conflict resolution techniques
- Relevant experience working with a wide range of ages and in hospitality settings
