Working at Escape Plan, you will help provide a unique and highly entertaining experience for groups as they attempt to complete one of our interactive “escape rooms.” You may even find yourself laughing a lot in the process. We are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for people available part time primarily on the weekends (with daytime and weekday help being a bonus)
Characteristics we’re looking for in an employee:
- Energetic and fun personality.

- Quick problem solving skills.
- Courteous with excellent customer service skills.
- Good at working alone and as a part of a team.
- Flexible schedule and be able to work weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide incredible customer service. Our customers deserve the utmost respect.
- Answer phones & book experiences.
- Go over experience rules and give storyline.
- Monitor experience, while providing clues & solving technical problems.
- Reset the rooms between experiences.
- Spread the word about our escape room!
