Overview:

Fluent English is required. We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented and dedicated Spa Prep Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, and support tasks to maintain the smooth flow of the operations within our spa facilities, ensuring that guest receive optimal service. The ideal candidate will focus on keeping the cleanliness of different rooms and areas, preparing the facilities, laundry and linen duties, cleaning and sanitizing, monitoring the inventory of supplies, and assisting set up and break down for treatment team for specific services as needed. A desire to interact with guest and passion for creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms.
• Regularly inspect and replenish (set up) amenities, linens, and supplies in spa spaces.
• Laundry Management:
• Collect, sort, launder linens, robes, and towels and folding in accordance with spa standards.
• Cleaning and sanitizing sandals.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate stock of clean linens and towels for the spas daily operations.
• Restocking Supplies:
• Keep an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies and promptly replenish as needed.
• Report any updates and or issues to ensure an ample supply of essential items.
• Maintain par levels of treatment products.
• Collaboration with Spa Team:
• Communicate effectively with spa therapists and other staff members to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated operations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of treatments in designated treatment rooms.
• Full knowledge of treatments and product knowledge in treatments.
• Assisting guest with enhancement(s) in our Green Room.
• Provide the complimentary glass of champagne to each guest at the end of their service.
• Guest Interaction:
• Provide a friendly "welcoming tour" of the spa and amenities to our guest.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Adherence to Standards:
• Adhere to all spa and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow established protocols for infection control and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a spa environment is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa and hospitality industry standards is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

• This position may require flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical demands associated with housekeeping duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
